We have different minimum order quantity at both our wholesale and retail shopping carts .All of our products carry a minimum quantity. This means you may order no less that the minimums, however you can order any quantity larger than that started. For example, if you were interested in 10 pecs of our green Tara wooden statue, you may order that, or any amount above 3 . you’ll probably want to buy more than one item..Especially since you will find shipping cost more economical with the more items you buy – the cost per unit weight of shipping goes down dramatically with weight.

10. Who pays the transfer fee for offline payments ?

18. Why is my tracking number invalid ?
The tracking information normally appears after 1-2 days. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes. The shipping company hasn’t updated the recent delivery information to their website.The tracking code was not correct. The parcel has been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will renmove the tracking code history.If you cannot find a a tracking number after a long time, you can contact us.
19. If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them ?
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It’s always buyer’s responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. Creativehandnepal.com do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges. You pay us exactly the price we marked on website. i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
20. Would you please declare the item with lower price for me please ?
Please kindly note that we will declare the package at lower value to avoid tax and most of them are safe. In case tax is charged by the Customs, customers will be responsible for the tax. Please check if you should pay any duty fee in your country. You are responsible of it, if it is required.
21. Is my shipping purchased items be protected by insurance ?
It totally depends on your choice. Any item you purchase from us is excluding shipping and delivery cost, insurance, and other costs which relates to shipping and delivery process and safety during the process.
